To use the "Find Location" software (hereinafter referred to as "Find Location" or "the Software") and services, you (or "User") shall comply with the "Find Location" User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "the License Agreement"). This Agreement may be updated by the Team at any time and published in the Software. Once published, it will immediately replace the original License Agreement without further notice. In addition, you should comply with the usage guidelines and rules in the "Find Location" software, which also constitute part of this Agreement. If you are under 18 years old, please ask your guardian to read and agree to this agreement before you can use "Find Location".

The content of this Agreement also includes the relevant agreements, business rules, etc. regarding this service that may be continuously released by this team. Once the above content is officially released, it will be an integral part of this Agreement and you should also comply with it.

The content of this service refers to the software license and service of the cross-platform positioning communication tool "Find Location" provided by this team to users (hereinafter referred to as "this Service").
2.2 Form of this Service
You need to download the "Find Location" software to use this service. This team grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license. You may not access or use the "Find Location" client software for any other purpose without your permission.
2.3 Scope of the Service License
This team grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use this software. You may install, use, display and run this software on your personal terminal device for non-commercial purposes. All other rights not expressly authorized in this agreement are still reserved by this team. You need to contact Find Location in advance to obtain written permission before exercising these rights. This team reserves all rights related to this software and this service.
III. Software Acquisition
You can obtain this software from the "Find Location" application, the invitation link shared by other users, the developer account of this team on the App Store platform, or the third-party platform authorized by this team. If you obtain this software or an installation program with the same name as this software from a third party not authorized by this team, this team does not guarantee the normal use of the software, nor is it responsible for the inconvenience or loss caused to you by the software.
IV. Software Update
In order to improve your experience of using this software, this team will update this software from time to time. At that time, this team has the right to update the software without special notice to you, or change or limit some functions of the software.
V. Protection and Use of Personal Information
1. Submitting Information
When registering a "Find Location" account or using this service, users may need to submit some necessary information, such as device identification code, location information, etc. If the information submitted by the user is incomplete or untrue, the user may not be able to use this service or may be restricted in the process of using this service.
2. Personal Privacy Information
Personal privacy information refers to information related to the user's personal identity or personal privacy, such as the user's real name, ID number, mobile phone number, mobile device identification code, location data, IP address, and user chat history. Non-personal privacy information refers to the basic record information of the user's operation status and usage habits of this service that is clearly and objectively reflected on the server side of this team, other general information outside the scope of personal privacy information, and the above-mentioned privacy information that the user agrees to disclose.
3. Personal Information Protection
This team will take technical measures and other necessary measures to ensure the security of users' personal privacy information and prevent the leakage, damage or loss of users' personal privacy information collected in this service. 5.2 Used for internal audits, data analysis and research of this team in order to improve the product user experience of this team and its affiliated companies;

5.4 Other matters subject to applicable laws and regulations.
VI. User Behavior Code
You agree that you will not use this service to conduct any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following:
1. Publishing or otherwise transmitting information containing any of the following:
(1) Violating the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting the state power, and undermining national unity;
(3) Damaging the honor and interests of the state;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred and discrimination, and undermining national unity;
(5) Undermining the state's religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;
(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror, or religious propaganda. abetting a crime;
(8) insulting or defaming others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(9) inciting illegal assembly, association, procession, demonstration, or gathering to disturb social order;
(10) carrying out activities in the name of illegal non-governmental organizations;
(11) not complying with the "Provisional Regulations on the Development and Management of Public Information Services of Instant Messaging Tools" and the "seven bottom lines" of abiding by laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, the legitimate interests of citizens, public order, social morality, and the authenticity of information;
(12) containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
2. Contains content that the team deems inappropriate for display on this service;
3. In any way, endangers the legitimate rights and interests of others;
4. Impersonates any other person or organization, or falsely states or falsely claims to be related to any person or organization;
5. Publishes, sends emails or otherwise transmits any content that is known but not authorized to be transmitted under any law, contract or legal relationship (such as internal information, exclusive and confidential information known or disclosed due to employment relationship and confidentiality agreement);
6. Publishes or otherwise transmits content that infringes on the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other exclusive rights (hereinafter referred to as "exclusive rights") of others;
7. Publishes, sends or otherwise transmits any advertising letters, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "direct sales" or any other form of solicitation materials;
8. Sends computer viruses (including but not limited to Trojans) designed to interfere with, destroy or limit the functions of any computer software, hardware or communication equipment horses), worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer codes, files and programs, publish, send or otherwise transmit;
9. Interfere with or damage the Service or servers and networks connected to the Service, or violate any regulations, procedures, policies or specifications of the network connected to the Service;
10. Track, search or otherwise harass others;
11. Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local or national laws, as well as any rules with legal effect;
12. Intercept, tamper with, collect, store or delete other people's personal information, in-site emails or other data without legal authorization, or use such information for any illegal or improper purpose.
13. Delete the copyright information on this software and its copies;
Unless expressly permitted by law or you have obtained written permission from this team, you may not engage in the following actions while using this software:
(1) Delete the copyright information on this software and its copies;
(2) Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of this software;
(3) Use, rent, lend, copy, modify, link, reprint, compile, publish, establish mirror sites, etc. for the content in this software that does not belong to your intellectual property rights;
(4) Copy, modify, add, delete, mount or create any derivative works of this software or the data released to any terminal memory during the operation of this software, the interactive data between the client and the server during the operation of the software, and the system data necessary for the operation of this software, including but not limited to the use of plug-ins, external tools or third-party tools/services not authorized by this team to access this software and related systems;
(5) Add, delete or change the functions or operating effects of the software by modifying or forging the instructions and data in the operation of the software, or operate or disseminate the software and methods used for the above purposes to the public, regardless of whether these behaviors are for commercial purposes;
(6) Log in or use this software and this service through third-party software, plug-ins, external tools, systems not developed or authorized by this team, or produce, publish or disseminate the above tools;
(7) Interfere with this software and its components, modules, and data by yourself or authorize others or third-party software;
(8) Other actions not expressly authorized by the team;
You acknowledge that the team does not have full control over the user's use behavior. When you use any content, including relying on the accuracy, completeness or practicality of the aforementioned content, you agree to make your own judgment and bear all risks, without relying on the team. However, the team may refuse and delete any content that violates these terms or otherwise causes objection to the team that can be provided through this service.
You understand and agree that the team may preserve or disclose the content when it determines that it is necessary to preserve or disclose the content in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, or based on good faith for the following purposes or within the scope of reasonable necessity:
(1) Comply with legal procedures;
(2) Implement this agreement;
(3) Respond to any claims made by any third party;
(4) Protect the rights, property or personal safety of the team, its users and the public;
(5) Other situations that the team deems necessary
VII. User-generated information
You agree that the copyright of the content you upload or publish on "Find Location" belongs to you or you have obtained the legal authorization of the content, or the content is public knowledge without rights. At the same time, you agree that the content you publish will not infringe the legal rights of any third party. You agree to grant the team a free, irrevocable, unlimited, sublicensable or transferable exclusive license to use the aforementioned content worldwide. The team has the right to display, promote or use the aforementioned content in other ways that are not prohibited by law.
VIII. Compensation
Due to the content you provide, publish or transmit through this service, all your actions in completing offline tasks related to this service, your connection with this service, your violation of this use agreement, or your infringement of any rights of others, any claims or requests made by any third party, including reasonable attorney fees, you agree to indemnify the team and its subsidiaries, affiliates, senior staff, agents, brand co-owners or other partners and employees, and protect them from damage, and bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.
IX. Storage and use of information
In order to improve the security of users during their use of this service, the team will record and retain various data during the user's use of this service, including but not limited to user action tracks, relationship chain history records, etc. When you use this product, you authorize the team to record this data indefinitely and analyze this data within the team. At the same time, in order to save storage resources, if any information, communication materials and other content published or transmitted through this service is deleted or not stored, you agree that the team does not need to bear any responsibility.
10. Modification of Service
The team has the right to temporarily or permanently modify or terminate this service (or any part thereof) at any time, regardless of notice or not. You agree that the team shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or termination of this service.
11. Termination of Service
You agree that the team may terminate your account or use of this service (or any part of the service) based on its own considerations for any reason, including but not limited to lack of use, or the team believes that you have violated the text and spirit of this Agreement, and remove and delete any content in this service. You agree that the service provided in accordance with any provisions of this Agreement may be interrupted or terminated without prior notice. You acknowledge and agree that the team may immediately close or delete your account and all related information and files in your account, and/or prohibit the continued use of the aforementioned files or this service. In addition, you agree that if the use of this service is interrupted or terminated or your account and related information and files are closed or deleted, this team will not bear any responsibility to you or any third party.
XII. Guarantee and Warranty
You clearly understand and agree:
1. You are personally responsible for the risk of using this service. This team does not provide any express or implied warranty or guarantee for this service, including but not limited to commercial merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of the rights of others;
2. This team will try its best to improve the security of this software and prevent the abuse of this software and this service, but this team cannot fully guarantee the security of this software and this service.
3. This software is still in the niche internal testing stage and faces various system instabilities. Therefore, if this software or this service has any consequences on your mobile terminal installed with this software, you will be responsible for all consequences.
4. Any advice or information you obtain through this service or this team's customer service, whether in written or oral form, will not constitute any guarantee outside this use agreement unless otherwise expressly provided in this use agreement.
13. Limitation of Liability
You clearly understand and agree that the team shall not bear any direct, indirect, incidental, special, derivative or punitive liability for damages caused by the following reasons, including but not limited to loss of profits, reputation, application, data or other intangible losses:
1. The use or inability to use the service;
2. The cost of replacing any goods, data, information, services, messages received, or transactions concluded from or through the service;
3. Unauthorized access or alteration of your transmission or data;
4. Statements or actions made by any third party in the service;
5. Other matters related to the service, except as expressly provided in this user agreement;
6. The team shall not be liable for any third party publishing or delivering fraudulent information in any way, or inducing users to suffer economic losses.
14. Others
1. Your use of this software is deemed to be that you have read and accepted the constraints of this agreement. The team has the right to modify the terms of this agreement when necessary. You can check the relevant terms of the agreement in the latest version of this software. If you continue to use the software after the terms of this Agreement are changed, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you should stop using the software;
2. Any disputes between you and this team regarding this service, this Agreement or other related matters should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, you should submit it to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties;
3. Regardless of the reason why some of the terms of this Agreement are invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms remain valid and binding on both parties;
4. The failure of this team to exercise or enforce any rights or provisions of this User Agreement does not constitute a waiver of the aforementioned rights or rights;
5. The titles of all terms of this Agreement are for reading convenience only and have no actual meaning in themselves, and cannot be used as the basis for interpreting the meaning of this Agreement.
